FEED BARLEY

- Moderate straw strength, medium height

WINTER BARLEY
- Highest yielding winter barley in FAR trials over past 2 years
- Released in NZ 2017
- Drilling time from late March through to mid May
- Suits irrigation or areas with reliable summer moisture
- Excellent disease profile with resistance to scald, leaf rust and mildew
- Fungicide programme tailored around late season Ramularia control
- Medium tall straw with medium strength

- New release in NZ this year
- Slow development with fast maturity resulting in early harvest
- Suited early March sowing through to June
- Good disease profile, with good Septoria tolerance and excellent leaf rust resistance
